TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV) AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (CGU)
Scope of application
These GTC and GCU govern the use of the site www.arcollectionhotels.com as well as online booking of rooms and additional services offered by establishments in the HVLM - AR COLLECTION HOTELS group.
Any use of the site and any reservation implies full acceptance of these conditions.
Use of the site (CGU)
The user undertakes to use the site fairly, in accordance with the law, and not to undermine its proper functioning, its security or the rights of third parties.
Any fraudulent, abusive or illicit use may result in suspension of access to the site.
Reservation and conclusion of contract (GTC)
The information presented on the site constitutes a booking offer.
The reservation becomes firm and definitive on receipt of the confirmation e-mail, which constitutes the conclusion of the contract between the Customer and the establishment concerned.
The Customer declares that he/she is of legal age, has legal capacity and provides accurate information.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding tourist tax.
Payment is made according to the terms of the selected rate, either at the hotel or by prepayment.
A bank pre-authorization may be requested as a guarantee.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.
Cancellations, changes and no-shows
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate booked.
Prepaid offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Except in the case of special conditions, late cancellations or no-shows may result in a penalty charge of one night's stay.
In the event of interruption, full payment must be made.
Hotel stay
The customer undertakes to behave respectfully towards the premises, staff and other customers.
Any damage caused may give rise to invoicing.
Standard times are arrival at 3:00 pm and departure at 11:00 am.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and the law of June 20, 2018.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the data by writing to the following address: contact@arcollectionhotels.com.
The Customer may register on the BLOCTEL telephone anti-solicitation list at the following address www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
Force majeure
HVLM - AR COLLECTION HOTELS may not be held liable in the event of force majeure events preventing the execution of services.
Applicable law, mediation and jurisdiction
These GTC and GCU are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may have recourse to the Tourisme Voyage Mediator before taking any legal action.
Failing amicable resolution, the Paris courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
